Recruit, interview and select qualified candidates based on specifications within requisitions. Support the Region by providing administrative, analytical and investigatory skills as they relate to human resources compliance, communication and problem solving with employees and managers. 1. Source and recruit candidates: source through various means candidates for hourly and exempt positions. (30%) 2. Manage ATS (25%) 3. Interview candidates. (15%) 4. Maintain compliance by reviewing requisitions, creating jobs, launching jobs, documenting status of applicants and closing jobs. (30%)

Interview qualified applicants to determine if they meet all job requirements and quality standards

Ensure all qualified applicants complete on-line application and required pre-employment forms
Ensure all hires have 'passed' required background, drug checks and SOBC
Additional Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
* Must have a high school diploma or GED, or at least 10 years of verifiable employment history.
* At least one verifiable employer.
* No criminal convictions as specified under AlliedBarton guidelines.
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
