1. Accurately input new hire information into Win Team. (6 hours)2. Enter all COS's (employee data) into Win Team. (6 hours)3. Verify and sign off on personnel files. (10-12 hours)4. Maintain all personnel files. (4 hours)5. Respond to phone calls from employees, clients or companies requesting employment verification. (3-4 hours)Additional Responsibilities May Include: 1. Prepare accurate and timely reports both manually and through automated methods. Reports include, but are not limited to: * Zero Hours Report* Performance Evaluation Report and Overdue Report* License Report* Vacation Termination Report2. Initiate and track leave requests as requested or required: FMLA, 30-Day Leave of Absence, Military Leave, etc.3. Process or facilitate and monitor the processing of all unemployment claims through communication with UI vendor.4. Enter all Performance Evaluations and all Performance Tracking into WinTeam.5. Initiate and track annual MVR checks (every February).6. File and maintain accurate records and information, including personnel information; copy, collate and distribute reports, correspondence, proposals, etc.7. Maintain confidentiality of all information and data.8. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
